GlucoMigo ("GlucoMigo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and recognizes that health information is sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the GlucoMigo mobile application and related services.

By using GlucoMigo, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, GlucoMigo may collect or process the following categories of information.

Account Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as:

• Email address
• Account identifier
• Authentication and account information

We use this information to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, provide application functionality, and communicate with you regarding the service.

Health and Glucose Information

GlucoMigo is designed to help users track and understand glucose-related information.

Depending on how you use the app, information processed by GlucoMigo may include:

• Blood glucose readings
• Date and time of glucose readings
• User-entered health information
• Notes or information associated with glucose readings
• Related health information that you choose to provide
• Information obtained from or saved to Apple Health with your permission

We use this information only to provide and improve health-related functionality for you.

2. Apple Health and HealthKit

GlucoMigo may integrate with Apple's HealthKit framework and the Apple Health app.

GlucoMigo will only access or write HealthKit information after you grant the appropriate permissions through Apple.

Depending on the features you enable, GlucoMigo may request permission to:

• Read blood glucose or related health information from Apple Health
• Write blood glucose or related health information to Apple Health

You control HealthKit permissions and can change or revoke them at any time through your iPhone's Health or Privacy settings.

HealthKit Data Restrictions

Information obtained through Apple's HealthKit framework:

• Is not used for advertising or marketing.
• Is not used to create advertising profiles.
• Is not sold to advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or similar organizations.
• Is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Is only used as necessary to provide health and fitness functionality requested by the user.
• Will not be disclosed to a third party except where permitted by applicable law, Apple's requirements, and, where required, with your explicit consent.

GlucoMigo does not use HealthKit information for targeted advertising.

3. Information You Enter Directly

Information you voluntarily enter into GlucoMigo may be stored so that the application can provide features such as glucose history, trends, dashboards, and other functionality.

You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to enter into the application.

4. Technical Information

We may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve GlucoMigo, such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• Application version
• Error and diagnostic information
• Network and connection information
• Technical identifiers necessary for application functionality

Where diagnostic or analytics services are used, we do not intentionally use health information obtained through HealthKit for advertising or marketing analytics.

5. Notifications

If you enable notifications, GlucoMigo may process a device push-notification token and related technical information necessary to deliver notifications.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information processed through GlucoMigo to:

• Provide and operate the application
• Display and manage your glucose information
• Provide charts, trends, history, and other application features
• Synchronize permitted information with Apple Health
• Authenticate and maintain user accounts
• Deliver notifications that you request or enable
• Maintain application security
• Diagnose technical problems
• Prevent misuse or unauthorized access
• Improve application reliability and functionality
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your health information for behavioral advertising.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal or health information.

Information may be disclosed only in limited circumstances, including:

Service Providers

We may use technology and infrastructure providers to operate GlucoMigo, such as hosting, data-storage, authentication, notification, security, or technical-support providers.

Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to GlucoMigo and are expected to protect information appropriately.

HealthKit information is not provided to advertising platforms or data brokers.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request
• Protect the security and integrity of GlucoMigo
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Protect the rights, safety, or property of users or others

8. Data Storage and Security

Information transmitted between the application and our services may be protected using encrypted network connections such as HTTPS/TLS.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should protect access to your device and account credentials.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the GlucoMigo service
• Maintain your account

10. Deleting Your Data

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your GlucoMigo account.

Where account deletion functionality is available directly within the application, you may also use that functionality.

Certain limited information may be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve security or fraud issues, or otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Deleting data stored by GlucoMigo does not necessarily delete information independently stored in Apple Health. Health information stored in Apple Health can be managed through Apple's Health application and device privacy controls.

11. Withdrawing Apple Health Permission

You may revoke GlucoMigo's access to Apple Health at any time using Apple's Health and privacy settings on your device.

Revoking HealthKit access prevents GlucoMigo from accessing the affected HealthKit information in the future, subject to Apple's platform behavior.

Revoking access does not automatically delete information that you previously entered directly into GlucoMigo or information already stored in your GlucoMigo account. You may separately request deletion of that information.

12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of certain information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Request information about how your data is processed
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable

13. Third-Party Services

GlucoMigo may interact with services provided by third parties, including Apple and its HealthKit and notification services.

GlucoMigo is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that are outside our control.

14. Medical Disclaimer

GlucoMigo is intended to assist users in recording, viewing, and understanding glucose-related information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular regulated feature, GlucoMigo is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information displayed by GlucoMigo.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency medical service.

15. International Users

Depending on where you access GlucoMigo, your information may be processed or stored in a jurisdiction different from your country of residence.
